At GolfballsHUB, we understand the importance of timely and reliable delivery when it comes to your golfing needs. Our delivery policy ensures that you receive your golf balls in a prompt and efficient manner, allowing you to focus on enjoying your game.
1. Local Shipping (within UAE):
We partner with Quiqup to ensure that your golf balls are delivered to your doorstep safely and on time.
Our shipping commitment is a guaranteed delivery within 2 calendar days from the day the order is posted (with most of the deliveries effectively happening in the next day). This does not mean the order will be delivered in a maximum of 48 hours since the exact time the order is placed, but within 2 full days (i.e. an order placed on Monday at any time will be delivered before end of day Wednesday, at any time - until 10pm).
Each shipment has a 15 AED flat cost to deliver around UAE, which will be born by the client. All orders above 350 AED will enjoy free local shipping within UAE.
There is also a same day express delivery option, only applicable within Dubai. It costs 35 AED, which will be discounted to 20 AED on all orders above 350 AED.
2. International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
3. Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a Whatsapp message containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and stay informed about its estimated arrival time.
